This website is operated by SteepCha. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Products
All products are handcrafted ceramic tea sets sourced from artisan workshops in China. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are normal and expected — these are features of authentic craftsmanship, not defects. Product images are representative; your set will be unique.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the US. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at an additional cost. We ship to the US and Canada. All orders ship in gift-ready packaging.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact hello@steepcha.com. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at hello@steepcha.com with photographs of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost.
Corporate Gifting
Corporate gifting orders are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of the quote. Bulk orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Custom branding requires a minimum order of 10 sets.
Intellectual Property
All content on steepcha.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of SteepCha and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
SteepCha is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
