How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 3–5 business days within the US. Express (1–2 days) is available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. International shipping is coming soon.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $8.
How is the tea set packaged?
Every set ships in a handcrafted gift box with protective tissue and a ribbon-tied wax seal. No extra gift wrap needed.
What is a gaiwan?
A gaiwan (盖碗) is a traditional Chinese tea vessel — a bowl with a lid and saucer. It's been used for 700+ years in gongfu tea ceremony.
Are these handmade?
Yes. Each set is crafted by artisan workshops in Jingdezhen, Chaozhou, and Yixing — China's historic ceramic capitals.
What tea works best with these sets?
Any loose-leaf tea works beautifully. Our sets are especially suited for oolong, pu-erh, and green teas — the traditional gongfu pairing.
What's the difference between the collections?
Each collection has a different glaze and aesthetic — Celadon (jade green, Song dynasty), Matte Black (modern minimal), Ge Kiln Crackle (antique crackle glaze), and Dragon Zodiac (celadon with relief carving).
What's your return policy?
30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. We cover return shipping for defective items.
What if my set arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately — no questions asked.
How do I care for my tea set?
Hand wash with warm water, no soap. Over time, the glaze develops a patina (茶渍) — this is a feature, not a flaw. It's how the set becomes yours.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes — 10% off for 5–9 sets, 15% off for 10–24, and 20% off for 25+. Custom branding available on orders of 10+.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. We offer logo seals, branded cards, and co-branded packaging on Business and Enterprise tiers.
Can you ship to individual addresses?
Absolutely. We handle individual address shipping for corporate orders — just provide a CSV of recipients.
